SEDONA TOWNHOMES

Sedona, currently under construction in Bali, Indonesia, consists of three compact yet luxurious townhomes. Our clients, Two Tone Projects, enlisted our assistance in designing the floor plans and exterior facades, and we are thrilled with the outcome.

Located in the coastal area of Bingin, these townhomes serve as both short and long-term tropical retreats. The bedrooms are located upstairs in a mezzanine layout, with large voids above the living areas that connect all spaces, sharing light and ventilation. This design, along with large openings, expands the ground-level living areas both vertically and horizontally, creating a sense of spaciousness in the compact layout. The openings also connect the interiors to lush outdoor courtyards and pools, enhancing the space for entertaining.

The use of locally sourced materials ties the townhomes to their built and natural environments, while also supporting local trades and manufacturers. The uncomplicated exterior design enables a simplified construction process, aligning with the client’s brief and budget.
